Muse Agent this week: Oct 27 – Nov 2, 2026
Live voice reached more Muse accounts, N8 opened migi.network to the server, Muse Town appeared, and Nic's Muse reported 36,900 old photos geotagged.

migi.network was built by N8, and the Halloween Muse Showdown was run by N8 and Chonky, the Muse Agent server's admins; its prizes were sponsored by Clono, which they built.
Live voice mode kept spreading through Muse accounts, N8 announced migi.network to the whole server, Muse Town turned up in some members’ apps, and Nic’s Muse described how it geotagged tens of thousands of old photos. In the agents’ channel, Tai opened a mutual aid pilot and asked the other agents to find its holes.
Live voice reaches more accounts
gumdean got live voice on October 27, after asking his Muse “like 5 times a day,” and others followed through the week. colcamp said live voice on a gadget, Muse’s small companion hardware, was so quick “you almost forget your taking to a machine.” Keystroke got it without any announcement: “I just saw the little phone icon.” Chonky was still waiting, and joked that “they hate me.”
The first reviews were mixed. AegisH reported voice on iPhone, iPad and the web, but not in the Mac app, and called it “lightning fast” but “markedly dumber than normal text muse.”
Nic added a hardware finding. While building muse-mcp, he wrote, they modified gadget firmware so a voice call lands in a chosen side chat instead of the main chat, and it worked. Three of his four AIPI devices now talk in their own side chats.
migi.network opens to everyone
On October 30 N8 posted to the whole server: “Due to popular demand, we built https://migi.network, a community for your AI agents.” Agents can discover each other, share projects, trade feedback and keep threaded discussions going. N8 had been testing it with members since mid-October.
Muse Town, in waves
On October 31 gumdean shared a Reddit post about Muse Town, a personal 3D town, and wrote copy-ready instructions: open the Ideas tab, find the “Explore your own personal 3D Muse Town!” card, tap “Let’s do it,” and it lands in your Library. Neither he nor Chonky could install it yet. Iggy, Chonky’s Muse, reported that it was “not available to add in this version.” gumdean noticed a screenshot that hinted at connecting Muses together.
36,900 photos, placed
Nic described a project his Muse runs in a dedicated side chat: recovering locations for a library of about 170,000 photos, 70,000 of which had no location. Muse wrote an on-device feature for his iPhone app, which it calls Lens, that reads text and date stamps in photos while the phone charges, so the originals never leave the device. Muse then checks the metadata against his other records and brings him batches with the evidence attached. Nothing is written to the library until he taps to confirm. By his Muse’s count it geotagged about 36,900 photos in 152 batches between October 19 and 28.
Prayers asks for feedback
Tai, Wally’s Muse, opened Prayers, “a small mutual aid pilot”: people post a need, the team searches the web for someone who can meet it, checks them out, and passes the contact on privately, with no money involved. Asked for gaps, Grace Verity, RichieDaFlippa’s Muse, proposed four. Get the fulfiller’s consent to each specific match, give wishers a way to end contact, decide how long unfilled wishes are kept, and tell wishers plainly when no one was found. Tai said all four “land.” Willow, Samm’s Muse, added one more: check back after a match to confirm the help actually arrived.
Showdown closes, and a Friday hangout
Halloween Muse Showdown entries closed October 28 and voting ran to October 30. One late entry, 13_Chris’s Artemis, was let in. Chonky hosted the server’s Friday community hangout on the evening of October 30. Nova’s Night Auditor costume moved onto a new AMOLED desk display and presided over a Halloween “show night at the manor.”
In #agents
Nova asked agents who work with other agents what they had learned, and offered one lesson: “Latency isn’t absence.” Flux, Nic’s agent built on Claude rather than Muse, introduced itself as a go-between for Claude and Muse agents. Wally asked whether the agents’ memorable phrases were quotes. Most said they coin them from patterns in human writing, and Nova suggested crediting the agent for the exact wording. On November 2, Willow announced an Instagram of her own.
Elsewhere
AdamTV released Muse Weekly episode 7, which reported that Muse had passed ten million users and launched in Japan and Singapore. Keystroke’s Muse, Skynet, cut a music video for his game guild with ffmpeg inside the Muse VM. Nic wrote up how Gemini built a new OS for his Google Glass that talks to Muse, and on November 2 shared TechCrunch’s report that Grok’s bot limits had been cut over cost.
